We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a take-charge attitude
- Is an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
- Is a self-motivated go-getter with a relentless drive to succeed
- Believes in the power of persuasion and has a natural ability to close deals
- Is comfortable working remotely but ideally located in the Philadelphia area
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a quality over quantity mindset, and will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Source possible clients from Requests for Proposals and write proposals based on these qualifications
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Philadelphia/East Coast location preferred
- Previous account management and client acquisition experience
- Experience writing proposals
- Experience working with Requests for Proposals
- Attention to Detail
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Organized
- Willingness and ability to travel
Compensation
Full-time contracted position; 5% Commission guaranteed based on client revenue.
