🚀Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of assigned projects and campaigns. It is ideal that this person has experience with web development and can manage such projects. The Project Manager is the liaison between the client, agency design team, and vendors. They act as the project team leader with a thorough understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes. The Project Manager oversees the timely issuance of all documentation, including proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, contact reports, and status and budget reports, in addition to managing reconciliation of all assigned interactive projects. The Project Manager develops relationships with clients and works closely with them to learn their business and communication needs. They will also manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain positive vendor relationships, and negotiate on behalf of the company while respecting and protecting confidential client information.

*Please note that while our Project Manager position is remote, we are looking to hire a project manager preferably in the Philadelphia area. It is crucial to the role that one is familiar with the city and its culture.
🤑Compensation
Most of our projects operate on flat-rate agreements, with payments based on project scope rather than hours worked. Occasionally, hourly work may be required for small tasks at a starting rate of $18/hour.
